| Each year Dubois REC members are invited to attend the annual membership meeting to hear a review of the co-op's business from the previous year and vote on directors to represent the membership. The 2008 annual meeting will be held on April 8 . Members will receive a registration card in the mail.
2008 Annual Membership Meeting - Tuesday, April 8
at the Jasper Arts Center, next to the Vincennes University Jasper Campus, Jasper, IN
Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. (EDT)
Children’s Program begins at 6 p.m. (EDT) for ages 3-10
Business meeting begins at 7 p.m. (EDT)
Entertainment will be provided by Lick Creek Band
Every member that attends the meeting and submits a registration card will receive a power strip as a complimentary gift. Other prizes will be awarded.
- 7 p.m. Door prize: $50 gift certificate for electricity
- 1st Prize: 32" Wide LCD HD TV
- 2nd Prize: $200 gift certificate for electricity.
- Also other gift certificates for electricity

Mountain Harmony Bluegrass band entertained members prior to the 2007 annual meeting.
The games are always a big hit in the Children's Program.
